By booking a Original Dating event you are registering your acceptance of the Original Dating Terms & Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.

Conditions of Booking

Venues and dates are subject to change or cancellation at any time prior to the event.

Original Dating do not guarantee a specific number of attendees at each event.

By participating in an Original Dating event you are giving us permission to forward the email address you supplied during the booking to your "matches". A match occurs when both parties indicate they wish to see each other again by entering either a "yes" or a "friend" into our matching engine.

All Refunds are given at the digression of the management.

Original Dating will refund tickets provided we receive 5 days notice prior to the event date.

Any refund granted will normally be subject to a administration fee of £10.00

You may transfer your booking to alternative date provided we receive 24 hours notice prior to the event date.

Name changes and direct substitutions can be made up to 4pm on the day of the event.

Original Dating hold events at venues that are independently owned and run. Therefore any damages suffered, physical or otherwise you agree that Original Dating and its associates can not be held responsible or liable.

Should we have to cancel an event for any reason outside of our control tickets will not be refunded. Instead a credit for the same monetary value will be issued. Credits can be redeemed against all events on our rolling programme as listed on our website. There is no time limit for redeeming credits.

By purchasing tickets and participating in an Original Dating event you agree that neither Original Dating or its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in Original Dating services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Original Dating. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

Original Dating can take no responsibility for the safety and security of your personal belongings whilst attending an event.
